Use Polyurethane. Polyurethane bushings are stronger and last longer than standard rubber bushings. They improve vehicle handling and drivability.

Give a LIFETIME WARRANTY. We warrant all our polyurethane bushings to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (other than abuse, neglect, or improper installation) for the entire time the vehicle is in the possession of the original purchaser of our product(s). We will replace our product(s) only, absolutely free of charge. The damaged product(s) must be shipped back to us along with a copy of the original receipt and, if applicable, the original work order. (The exceptions are the drive shaft coupling kits ADUS 524 and ADUS 525 which carry a 6 Months or 6,000 Miles Warranty.)

Ship all distributor orders via Federal Express from our United States Sales & Distribution Center. All orders received by 2:00p.m. Pacific Standard time, and in stock, will ship the same business day. All orders received after the daily Fed-Ex pick-up or placed on the telephone or fax machine after normal business hours will ship the following business day. All Fed-Ex ground times are estimated. If you need your order by a certain date and time, please inquire about the express shipping service and charges. If then your guaranteed/express order is not received on time, your shipping cost will be refunded. For express shipping times, please contact a sales representative or ask your Authorized Distributor.

Have a Returns Policy for our product(s) only. All parts returned within 30 days in original packaging and in new or re-saleable condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. In some instances we understand distributors may need additional time. All distributor orders may be returned within an additional 60 days for a minor 15% re-stocking fee.
